Services
Fido LLC provides pet waste removal and related pet care services. Specific services, frequency, and pricing are agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify services as business operations expand.
Initial Visit
Initial visits may be scheduled separately from regular reoccurring services. The initial clean up allows the technician to become familiar with the service area and catch up on any accumulated waste. The technician will spend up to two hours in the yard during the first visit. Any waste remaining after the initial clean up will be caught up during scheduled reoccurring visits, the technician spending a maximum of one hour in the yard per visit during reoccurring visits. This policy allows us to serve our customers during scheduled windows. Upon sign up the customer will receive notification verifying initial service date and arrival window as well as reoccurring scheduled service day(s) and window.
Customer Responsibilities
-Clients must provide safe and unobstructed access to the service area at the scheduled time. Gates must be unlocked, pets secured, and service areas free of hazardous debris or unsafe conditions. If access is unavailable or conditions are unsafe, service may be skipped and the client will be held liable for normal service fee charges.
-All pets are expected to be kept indoors during the scheduled scooping window. When exceptions must be made to this policy it is the customers responsibility to check that the technician is not servicing the yard prior to letting dogs into the yard. Our technicians are trained to work efficiently and secure all gates, but will not be held liable for pets escaping from the yard during scheduled visit windows. If there are pets in the yard when the technicians arrive we will attempt to contact the customer to clear the yard. If the customer fails to clear the dogs from the yard within a reasonable time frame service may be skipped and the client will be held liable for normal service fee charges.
-Client is responsible for disclosing any known hazards, including aggressive pets, hidden sprinkler heads, holes, sharp objects, or other dangerous conditions. Fido LLC is not responsible for damage to concealed items or pre-existing yard conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a safety risk is present.
-Client is responsible for notifying our team in the event the number of dogs in the home changes, or if scooping service area changes.
-Clients must contact at least 24 business hours in advance to request a cancellation of services to avoid service fees being charged.
Refunds/ Rescoops/ Weather Cancellations & Delays
Our technicians work rain, sleet or snow. In the event extreme weather conditions cause us to cancel services a refund will be provided as a credit on the next billing period. During inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances the technician may become delayed causing them to miss the scheduled service window. In the event this may happen the technician will contact the customer to inform of their expected arrival time prior to entering the yard. For customers with large breeds or aggressive dogs the technician may knock or ring the doorbell prior to starting services. In the event a customer is unsatisfied with the services they must contact within 24 hours of the services. At our earliest availability the job will then be re-performed to the satisfaction of the customer.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as agreed at booking per visit or recurring billing. Statements withdrawal on the first of each month, or the soonest bank business date. Payments withdrawal prior to services completed. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees. All sales are final once service has been completed. By signing up for services you are authorizing Fido to initiate reoccurring charges from the specified payment method. Alternate payment methods such as cash or check may be used by contacting a Fido representative.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Illinois law, Fido LLC’s liability for any claim arising from services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Fido LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fido LLC from claims arising from pet behavior, unsafe property conditions, or failure to disclose hazards.
